My name is Minister Mark McNeil, an author, educator, and the founder of the “Education to end the miseducation of the so-called Negro” community outreach educational program, which is committed to rebuilding our Israelite (Biblical) nation from the effects of the holocaust of slavery in the Americas, addressing the miseducation rooted in racism, and honoring the remembrance, dignity, and legacy of our Israelite (Biblical) forefathers for their sacrifices for freedom they made for us. I support the PA Nonbelievers and American Atheist freedom of speech and believe the slave image your organizations have posted on the billboard will provoke emotions and an essential dialogue about race, slavery, history, and the Bible Americans needs to address.
Therefore, I commend your organizations (PA-nonbelievers and American-Atheists) for posting “Slaves Obey your Masters” on the billboard in Harrisburg PA because I believe slavery images should be posted on billboards in every state of America as daily reminder to the children of the slave trade about their 400 years holocaust of slavery in the Americas so that they will never forget.
Moreover, I support your organization freedom of speech: because I want to preserve my freedom of speech; and I encourage your organization to continue to pursue posting twenty-five (25) or more similar Bible scriptures as it relates to slavery and the slave trade on billboards across America.
The Israelite (Biblical) holocaust of slavery was crimes against humanity and is an emotional and sensitive subject to address because of the horrific abuse and conditions the Israelite captives had to endure. Oppression makes a wise man mad; therefore I believe it is natural for men to freely express their God-given emotions about the evils of slavery in the Americas. Furthermore, I am impressed with the slave image your organizations selected to post on the billboard because it confirms the Israelite (Biblical) identity of the children of the slave trade written in about in the prophecy of Deuteronomy 28:48; which refer to Moses addressing the Children of Israel in regards to the curses of disobedience.
Deuteronomy 28:48
“Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a YOKE of IRON upon thy NECK, until he have destroyed thee.”
Contrary to the popular lie the Bible is not a Christian book, the followers of Christ were not Christians (but Israelites), nor is there any Christian doctrine written in the Israelite Bible. However, I appreciate the PA nonbelievers and the American Atheist for their leadership and commencing a national dialogue on the issue of the holocaust of slavery and the Bible in relations to various social, economic, moral, political, and spiritual issues.
Thus, I offer to make an educational contribution to your organizations by presenting the correct understanding of Colossians 3:22 in a concise lesson entitled “Master Servants.” In addition it is my Israelite obligation to set the record straight and to refute the lies and teachings of unqualified teachers who have deceived the world and led millions of people into becoming members of the blind leading the blind club.
The Bible and Servants:
There are three (3) definitions of servants according to our Israelite (Biblical) laws and culture.
- Servant’s pertaining to servants of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
- · Servants pertaining to work for hire (i.e. employment)
- · Servants pertaining to slaves (Bondman and Bondwoman)
The Israelites are the servants of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
- · Isaiah 41:8
But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend.
- My and I represents – The Almighty God of Israel speaking via the prophet Isaiah to the Israelites (not all nations)
- The Significant – The Israelites (Children of the slave trade) are the servants (Priest) and chosen people of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; therefore, all nations who desire salvation must submit to the authority and leadership of the House of Israel. Thus, those who bless Israel will be blessed; and those who curse Israel will be cursed.
INDENTURE SERVANTS
- · The Gentiles (European-Caucasians) stole the indenture servant concept from the Israelites.
WORK-FOR-HIRE -SERVANTS
- · Leviticus 25:39-40 “And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant: But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, and shall serve thee unto the year of jubilee.” The Israelite prophet Moses is giving instructions exclusively to Israelites (not all nations) therefore; these scripts are an A and B conversation. Thy Brother refers to Israelites brothers. Thus, an Israelite serving his fellow Israelite brother refers to work-for-hire according to Israelite law [not the American constitution]
SLAVES
Leviticus 25:44 “Both thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, which thou shalt have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids.”
- However, the heathens are treated as slaves by the Israelites according to Israelite (Biblical) law. (e.g. the Israelites were enslaved by the heathens in the Americas because they were punished by their Heavenly Father for violating his laws, commandments, and statues; therefore, the heathens will be punished and be slaves under the 12 tribes Nation of Israel-Revelation 13:10)
Who are the heathens? Non-Israelites!
Therefore, the epistles of Colossians were written by Paul to Israelite churches in Colossae. Moreover, Paul was referencing the Israelite law for work-for-hire servant in Leviticus 25:39-40 regarding an Israelite being a model employee for his Israelite brother and employer. The effects of the miseducation of the so-called Negro in the American institutions have perpetuated America’s inability or unwillingness to execute Justice and reparations to the Israelites who build this great nation. Furthermore, the root of America’s current economic problems and eventually fall will because America (new Egypt) has hardened her heart by refusing to let the Israelites go.
Thus, our community outreach program “Education to end the miseducation of the so-called Negro” is an affirmative action program we welcome all Americans and nations to participate in a civil dialogue and an environment of tolerance, respect, and leadership. Our educational program is not designed to convert the racist, save the world, or to persuade individuals from their personal beliefs or nonbelief’s; but to set the record straight regarding the Israelite (Biblical) identity of the children of the slave trade. Moreover, I am flattered that the Atheist holds the Israelite Bible in such high esteem. Your organization website www.americanathesist.com has invested a great amount of time, effort, and resources on attempting to discredit the Bible with the so-called contradictions of the Bible. Do Atheists believe they have to discredit the Bible to attract members or validate their atheism? The so-called contradictions of the Bible that your organization has posted are a classic example of the blind leading the blind. However, I am going to address one of your so-called contradictions in this letter.

- Jesus Christ is addressing his Israelite brethren-Turning the other cheek to your Israelite brothers in Christ (Israelite do not turn the other cheek to their outside enemies) this is a family issue between Israelites and how they should conduct themselves in family disputes and conflicts.
- Example: Saul and David are Israelites but became enemies however, when David had two (2) chances to kill Saul; (I Samuel 18:29) David turn the other cheek but David did not turn the other cheek with his enemy the Philistines Goliath. David killed Goliath and cut his head off.
- “That ye resist not evil” A spiritual mature Israelite first spiritual obligation should be to redeem the evil Israelite brother back to the family by turning the other cheek rather to quickly retaliate.
- No Contradiction but lack of understanding of the heathens of Israelite (Biblical) spirituality, laws, customs, culture, religion, God, and their Israelite Messiah Christ. In Matthew 5:38 the Israelite Messiah amended the Israelite laws not contradict or change them. Christ was teaching Israelite’s to aspire to reach their spiritual maturity as he did when he sacrifice his life for his people the Israelites.
I hope that the billboard “Slaves obey your masters” your atheist organization posted in Harrisburg Pa is not racially motivated because historically prominent liberal atheist like Richard Dawkins, James D. Watson, Richard Lynn, and Tom Metzger have xpress and documented their hatred and racist views towards the children of the slavery and there seems to be a connection with atheists’ and racism because the most racist
countries have a high atheist population such as: Sweden, New Zealand, Norway, Denmark, Latvia, Russia, Netherlands, and Czech Republic.
The racist propaganda about the Israelites (children of slave trade) by these atheists and other Gentile Christians (European-Caucasians) have produced men and women like “George Zimmerman” (February 26, 2012- alleged murder of Trayvon Martin), “Susan Smith” (Union South Carolina, 1994) and Charles Stuart (Boston, Ma-Carol DiMatti Stuart - 1989).
Moreover, there’s been a popular trend in America of organizations that are using, comparing, and contaminating the Israelite (Biblical) holocaust of slavery to advance their agenda such as: the wicked homosexuals (sodomites) PETA, NOW, Pro-Abortion, Southern Poverty and Law Center, Ferris State University/Jim Crow Museum, Pennsylvania non-believers, and the American Atheist which I characterize as parasites.
Thus, there should be no more confusion about the understanding of Colossians 3:22 that the master is the Israelite and and his work-for-hire servant is his Israelite brother and employee.
